Do you want a blocker or more pure receiver, or a hybrid do-it-all type?  There's actually a bunch of fantastic options.  If you simply need a beefy blocker type, you can certainly substitute Caleb Jones in at TE.  Algae Crumpler appears quite good.

For me, personally, I'm using a boosted Evan Engram (to get him to max 99 SPD) along side John Mackey, but often find myself subbing in Ben Skowronek and/or Trent Williams (in the past), who are both max 99 SPD, have Vanguard and excel as blockers, as well as pass catchers.  Once in a while i prefer to have a TE in receiver spot, giving flexibility to audible around and some additional blocking help on the outside edges.

Lots of folks are saying that Caleb Jones cannot catch the ball, which is certainly true, but despite a couple contested drops, he hasn't muffed any Drags routes or quick passes to the Flats in the brief time i've used him thus far.  Always have Gift-Wrapped on your QB, in September and June/July.
