Hello
I am looking to build a Minnesota Vikings based UT with 90+ players / legends etc etc.
Is it more price efficient to work on buying packs / cheaper players to build sets for the high-level legends or should I just save up and buy the Viking players I want straight off the marketplace?

It depends on the specific card and what you already have in your binder. In general, it's usually easier and cheaper to just buy a card from the auction house. It can be cheaper to do a set. But you either need to already have some of the set pieces or the card needs to more expensive than cards of the same ovr. New cards are another scenario where building the set can be cheaper since card prices are always a bit inflated on the first couple of days of release.
