First time MUT player here. Anyone have a good estimate on how many coins will be needed to complete the sets? I’m sitting on 9mn as I sold all of my high priced cards and back filled with some of the recent set cards which are similarly OP.
10 million should be enough. You'll have to be tactical about it.
Last year I built all 32 for under 5 million but that took patience in how I approached the sets.
I have just under 11 million this year ready to go and am confident we can get them all done.

I agree with this. I've burned a lot of time in the Auction House until now. By the time we get to Rookie Premiere, I'm going to be pretty liberal on my spending.
Last year was my first year of MUT, and I entered the final season with about 1.5 million coins. Spending on the Auction House like I didn't know what I was doing (because I didn't), I managed to accumulate 10 Rookie Premiere cards. I could have gotten more, but I misunderstood the deadline for the sets and ended up with dead cards and coins.
The cost will peg somewhat to the cost of set cards, as is almost always the case. That will be a function of how many players are still engaged in Madden at this point, along with those jumping in because they intend to purchase Madden 25.
I am as well set up as I have ever been. Got right at 10 million coins without selling anyone in the lineup. and probably 30ish million for the lineup.. this is probably my last weekend playing so will sell everything in preparation
