Suggestion to replace Bo will be Vick. Good “budget” option, I want him myself, but I’ve used him before and he’s a beast.

I personally think that taysom hill is a beast. Good stack, mobile, very fun, amd has angry runs on next gen

can't do much with 140k but I'd have to agree vick is probably one the better cheap options that gets master tactician, pass lead elite, gunslinger, evasive and an x-factor without using all your AP.
You could use some better corners/safeties too. I like talib if you run more man coverage, or the 98 daron bland if you run more zone. Cheap safeties could be nolan cromwell or reshad jones. Look for guys that get deep zone+mid zone KO together or if you run more man guys with deep route KOs. Polamalu is great if you save up some coins for him.
