Help

So I got a PS5 for christmas downloaded all of my progress and data to it from my PS4 and I went to play H2H and I got a notification saying that its locked and it says MUT Level undefined required . I played a solo to see if that would work and it didnt . If you can help that would be great and have a great rest of your christmas

I haven't heard of an issue like this before but maybe someone else can assist more. I would open a ticket with EA Help either way though.

Did you purchase the right Madden? Didn't since versions only allow you to play on PS4 only?

I don't know if this is what's happening to you, but I've heard that if you start an event on PS4, you have to finish it on PS4. I know you can't start Weekend League on one console and then finish it on another. That might be the same for H2H Seasons. Play out your current season (or just quit games until it's over), then try on PS5.

I'm not sure if this will help, but it's worth a shot. Also, you should open a ticket with EA Help like Wizzle said.

Ahhhh, what Rocketz said above is true and could be the reason. Try that first and if it doesn't work, then open that ticket with EA Help.
