Dual Threat gives increased win rate against pass blocks and all KOs - man or zone - but nothing against the run
Unstoppable force gives win rates against block sheds - Both run and pass -but nothing for KOs
So it seems like Dual Threat is Unstoppable Force, but only for pass plays, not run plays
So if you have Dual Threat on your edge rushers, you would also need no outsiders to be effective against the run?
I don't think so. And I think you can take the stance (that Dual Threat isn't better than Unstoppable Force) based on community population stacks. If it was, it'd be more the META that people are running that.
It may be better from the stand point of having an all-around defensive player that plays both coverage and rushes, but I'd prefer running Unstoppable Force with Inside Stuff and Tackle Supreme as I am now.

Is that because Unstoppable Force works on running plays also...so if you have Inside Stuff, it boosts your run defense
Where Dual Threat is only for passing plays?
IMO if you like to drop your DE's into coverage go with dual threat, or if you like to Rush your DE's 80% of the time or greater, go with UF or Colossus.

I don't believe Unstoppable Force works on run plays, that's where Inside Stuff comes in to help in the run game.
I think overall it comes down to effectiveness. Like you said, Dual Threat mentions "defeating pass blocks". However, Dual Threat's passing effectiveness is no where close to Unstoppable Force. So while you have KOs with Dual Threat, it might as well be the same as using the x-factor Universal Coverage (does that make sense?).
So really, it's like the saying "jack of all trades, master of none". It's better to either have Universal Coverage if you want KOs (or you could use Dual Threat knowing that it's not significant in pass rush) or Unstoppable Force if you want pass rush.
