Your LG and WRs need upgrades. You for the wide receivers could just get 97s selling for 130k

Get Emmit Smith at RB (use angry runs AKA if next gen), and Michael irvine+A. Reed YAC or Isaac Bruce at wr.  If you use the AKA chem which you will get from those players you can get their speed up 1.  Use yac on irvine, angry runs, on emmit, and truzz or run n gun on bo.
