Revis and runyan UL sets only require 2 96s

And not 3 like ther previous UL ones

Did EA make a mistake?

Might be why Revis is cheaper than Randle and Luck was last week

Not a mistake. They also require 2 97 oop ULs compared to 2 96 oop ULs the other 99s require. Some of the other 99 sets like draft night 99s use the format of 2 97s and 2 96s
