With all the crazy all out blitzes, especially lately, i even went back to using Gunslinger on my Trad4 QBs.  I eventually gave up HRM on Bo Jackson in order to put GS back on him, then waited 9 plays for Master Tactician to finally activate, which could take a while.  Sometimes not until the second half, if my opponent put together a decent drive (or two).  The margins are so razor thin when it comes to getting the ball out quick -- i couldn't always tell a difference in practice mode or solo battles, at least not between Trad4 with and without Gunslinger, but gosh it seems to have saved my hide numerous times in H2H play.

If i had a nickel for every time i muttered, Doug Williams would have made that pass, to myself back when i was trying to force the issue and use Mahomes MVP after he dropped.  Not sure the extra AP savings was worth it at the time, extremely frustrating experience.  Sorry for the rambling reply, guess my point is, ultimately that decision is up to you.  Sorry i don't have a clear and concise answer.  Whenever possible, i assume it's always better to have it, although not needed with some (or all/most) of the Traditional QB Releases.

OHHHH, i just realized -- that's Drew Brees S6 card?  I'd probably be running this stack on him and filling in around the edges with various WR/Slot/TE/RB Apprentices in lieu of HRM: Gift-Wrapped (1AP), Gunslinger (0AP), Set Feet Lead (1AP) which makes him a really decent option for a mere 2AP total.  YMMV, but that's how i'd approach things.  What do you want to run in place of Gunslinger??
