Anyone else getting this error on repeat? I have tried to connect for a few hours now and nothing. EA help as useless as a.... So coming here for some help

Either one of two things

1. A server isn't working right now and no one can get on Madden right now on your respective console

2. It's something on your end. You get the "Our servers cannot process your request" error message if your internet is down.

Often times unusually high usage rate on a server is the cause.  You might just have to wait it out.  But that's just from what I've heard.
