Took them out my lineup and put them back in but no change I literally can't turn on there abilities am I the only 1???

I've had something similar happen to me. When you're in the screen to activate abilities on the Lineup page and you don't see someone you're expecting to, change the sorting type (OVR, Newest, etc...) and then they'll show up. Least it did for me on the PS5.
