Dickerson is getting pre-lit or lit X factors for the same targeted AP meaning EA will not touch offensive AP for the rest of year. to add on to this recalling GGerz's post on the season 6 section that Slammer posted it seems as they are going in the direction of decreasing AP on defense i.e Lawrence Taylor (LT) getting 2 AP momentum shift. rendering cards like Perry, or Donald utterly useless and EA forcing people to go grab LT a week later....

Donald still gets the best ability stack regardless of his x-factor.
EA couldn't make ROH too good. There is probably another program coming out....Madden Machines? And GT still need to be the best cards in the game.
Donald also gets Momentum Shift to stop the Mike Vick Escape Artist X-Factor.
Donald and Perry should be the most valuable defensive players in the game....especially with GT probably getting the best pre-lit X-Factors that start on and remain on the entire game.
I haven't used Momentum Shift, and I'll have to look at it, but if I have to have both Perry and Donald and sub them to shut these glowing pre-lits off I will. Especially Escape Artist.
And...this is one reason why maybe EA should let you see your opponents players and abilities before starting a h2h game. If they dont have Escape Artist Vick....maybe I wont use Momentum Shift and use UF instead?

well from my experience from momentum shift with Donald yes he does have the best weight/ability stack in game, even without x-factors or playing him out of position. (even though he lined up everywhere but that's besides the point...) I've had chase young with blitz and surprisingly they get close to the quarterback (a lot......) and a unstoppable force in the middle (still using madabeast, also have barmore inside for 0 ap IS and OS.) Momentum shift is VERY GOOD against Bo which everyone is going to use since he is as dirt cheap as you can get. still get some very good bunch players (durham is hell.) but overall EA's way of P2W by buying LTD's.
THAT I HAVE NO ARGUMENT. BUT......
this comes down to AP. the fact that LT can get a baked on run ability to add on with no outsiders, secure tackler AND arguebly one of the best x-factors in the game just shows EA's last will or update to the game will be to adjust AP down leaving you with two choices you either defend the pass or defend the run. which soon I will be watching peoples threads of wanting 0 ap abilities sooner rather than later.
and yes you are right about EA couldn't make ROH too good cause if LT got 3+ speed on that card and a glitch happen to get him it's about as END GAME as a pass rusher as you can get. and mike Vick doesn't need escape artist cause like bo. no edge rusher is close to 99 speed even chemed up.
