Has any else noticed some qb’s miss less throws if they do not have gunslinger equipped?

I recently took gunslinger off of qb Bo as I only like to allocate no more then 4 ap to my qb1. I have noticed that he has been not been missing throws to wide open WR’s WITHOUT GS equipped. 
 

I am wondering if anyone else has noticed this? My current hypothesis is the increase in speed in a qb’s release with GS equipped throws of their mechanics and causes more glitchy missed throws to wide open WR’s.
