ive been playing this game for 7 years now and i took up ultimate team 3 years ago. i think i need help with my defensive scheme. i get dotted by teams with no abilities and it sickens me.

usually spam cover 4 with adequate adjustments. if i need pressure i scoot over to big nickel cover 3 ss blitz. i stay away from man unless they’re ass or if they constantly throw underneath. i almost always shift line or pinch too
