What playbook can I use my left outside linebacker as a user?

Any playbook tbh. 

I assume by user you mean having them in the middle of the field? If so, any formation with a sub lb (dollar, dime, etc) will have it if you list your LOLB as #1 on sub lb spot (under specialist). 

Traditional formations (ex: 4-3 61) will require you to start them “OOP” at MLB.
