I used to have a strat card that boosts the entire Defence IBL, POW, and either PUR, or PRC. Just wondering if you know which one that is and the easiest way to get it

Mind reader is my favorite. PRC AWR PUR MCV ZCV for all positions.

i only have the uncommon one right now but its a great all around boost Imo probably the best now that most cards are getting 99 speed without strats

Heavy Blitz boosts all defense IBL, POW, MCV and then uncommon and rare give you other boosts. PRC is one of the other boosts on the uncommon and rare cards.

Gotta buy strat cards in the store and put them in sets and cross your fingers. If you just want to get the uncommon it’s pretty easy to do the set where you can pick the exact one that you want.
