Don't snooze on basically any of the Superbowl promo drop that look useful or interesting to YOU.  My approach is to try and match up abilities to areas of the field.  For example, i know i want Deep Zone + Mid Zone KOs on many/most of my DBs, so i'll start digging through the Player search feature.

This Ji`Ayir Brown SS is absolutely fantastic, he gets Deep Zone KO + Pick Artist for 1AP total, making him truly elite at bargain prices and super versatile, you can run him basically anywhere, outside corner, or pure deep safety.  As far as budget QBs, i'd seriously consider Doug Williams, with his buttery smooth Trad4 release.  If you need a running back, anything with Angry Runs, even that Ghost of MUT Derrick Henry (also Persistent for 0AP), he gets it for 0AP and still outstanding option if you don't already have that ability on your squad.  And he's almost certainly available for at or near rental price, try to get him for 350-400k coins.
