Only Received One UL Pack for Competitive Pass

So I earned the first 2xUL packs from the competitive pass. I decided to save them for today. When I opened it, I expected it would show two packs. It only opened one. Did anyone else not receive their second pack? Is the 2x a visual glitch on the pass? Should I reach out to EA?

ea has tweeted about this already and there was another forum topic about it……they know of the issue
