Anyone else have a grey bar at the bottom of the screen?

I have so many popup ads on ipad that  it's unusable but PC has been ok. Now I have a grey bar at the bottom, similar to adds I get on the ipad but this is blank with nothing on it. It's  not showing up elsewhere so it must be something here?
