Looking for upgrades or ability recommendations. I'm new to the game. I have 400k coins. My defense is 4-1 even 6-1, but I want to run man out of nickel, but have no idea who should be my subs and where I should get backups. I run Bengals offense, with many corner routes and 3 receiver sets.
Your offense looks fine, if you want to run 4-3 even 6-1 the biggest thing is lurk artists

I subbed rashan gary for keith bulluck, I know its not a packer but its a rolb with dual threat and lurk artist. dual threat is like a combo of unstoppable force and a man/zone ko when he is lit up anywhere on the field.
If you want to run man, make sure all your dbs have pick artist. I wouldn't suggest running man coverage this year as it is too easy to beat, but if you really want to just make sure all the dbs have pick artist.
That being said you have really good cards for a zone defense. I know this is going to cost a lot more than 400k because you have to elevate both jaire, and davante adams but here's the thing. They both get great ability discounts. Jaire gets midzone ko for 1 ap, and out my way for 0 ap. So every time someone throws a pesky bubble screen he immediately sheds his blockers. so he is the perfect slot corner. Adams had 1 ap midzone and deep zone and free pick artist. Herb adderly change his light it up token to flat zone ko and he gets pa for 0 and deep zone ko for 2. Your safeties both get discounted kos as well.
While this is a good zone setup you can still run man coverage, but it is gonna take some time and coins to get there.
