I bought the preorder last summer that was sup to come with 4600 points. Got all the other preorder bonuses but the points that I paid for. Ea help has closed every case since as solved and has been no help whatsoever and this is on a paid product.  Let  alone on coins and free stuff They gave out, They could careless

Litterally everything about EA is a joke. Everything has just turned to a money grab in MUT. So sad to see my favorite game crumble into peices.

Ya EA is absolutely ridiculous they can’t get anything right any game they produce either gets worse over time or is riddled with bugs and glitches. And their customer support is absolutely awful

Ya it is sad, I’ve played madden for more than a decade and I don’t wanna stop now but EA is testing my patience

Things never work. Still missing my Xbox perks pack. Oh well I've also had it work the other way. Buy something and doesn't take the points. Take that technical difficulty issue EA.

That's the support EA is offering....ghosted by a game company that screwed over a player and doesn't want to fix it

Probably never touching another EA product in my life. Blatantly screwing over players and restricting the players help options so they can't be bothered with it.

Oh yeah, we basically have to say our life and wellbeing are being threatened in order to get any response from EA after you've navigated through the EA no-Help menus once or twice.  I'm caught in a constant cycle of trying to request that they manually review my account status and the best case scenario / resolution i've seen was a generic "we reviewed and decided to take no action."  What a bunch of chumps.

I eventually had to draft a letter to EA Legal and send it off via certified mail to try and get any response... which is a process that can take months.  Anyone with half a brain would have just quit and moved on, or created a new account.  Uggh.  Beyond pathetic.

I get the same "Help solutions currently unavailable

We don’t have any recommended solutions for this issue right now."  When I click report a real life threat, madden could care less if someone is trying to un-alive me over a game, I asked for content I earned and they don't wanna face that.

Yeah,  you'll lose access to your account if you request a refund -- including any/all purchases made, but there's really no other options at this point.  Unless we're comfortable pissing away hundred (if not hundreds) of dollars in the process, only to be stuck with this buggy ass mess.  I'm a glutton for punishment, tried (unsuccessfully) to walk away at least twice.

So I was briefly able to get the agent chat to work again. Was told by the agent that EA has no way of tracking wins and can't confirm if I should've earned any coins from the run to superbowl event or regular H2H, then proceeded to turn around and tell me that the reason I got a standard twitch pack instead of the 92+ bnd on superbowl weekend is because I didn't watch the stream long enough.

Then the chat "freezes" again and surprise, I'm back to having zero ways of contacting EA.  This company is a joke, but finally pissed me off enough that I'm never giving them another cent. Last year of madden I guess

Good shit bro on not giving them anymore money. I had a similar experience today tryna get a refund from a smoke shop tonight and they didn't give it so I'm just never giving them business or recommending them to anyone. That's what u gotta do when ur dealing with a company/business that has shit customer service
