they pretty much gave him unstoppable mid zone instead of pre-lit mid zone which is a no bueno oh well UL's coming.

You can use him as the upgrade for Howley or McCaffery if you're not a fan.

That’s interesting to know. I pulled a bnd 95 MVS card from the 92+ bnd from the Pitts stream and he could go into howley or ward and whoever else but  i never thought to try parham

Sorry I was mistaken....looks like you can't add Parham to upgrade.
