First off a question. Is chemistry boost supposed to count towards your teams OVR rating in the game? Mine never has but I just saw a video where someone else's does. Last year I had to fill my team with almost all natural 99's to break 99 for a team OVR.

Second, I have filled my team with 18 natural 99's, 3 98's, 1 97, and 2 96'es (All natural OVR before any chem) OVR calculator says it should be a 98.61 team but I still am hung up at 98. Also, all the sub 99 players are O-line and FB which are typically lower valued compared to others, the only other higher value position is a 98 CB3.

Thought I was there after a few moves this weekend with saved coin, now I'm just frustrated.

Special teams plays a big part. What ovr are your kicker and punter?

Sorry, K and P are both 96's

I used the online rating calculator that has been accurate so far and it shows my team should be 98.61, plenty of cushion to have reached 99

I contacted support and the person I chatted with acted like it was an in game bug and would pass along. I then saw a couple videos where others have hit 99, also a video where someone hit 99 and most of their 99 players were actually 96-97's that only hit 99 because of chemistry boost which has never helped my OVR. I have a 50/50 chem team as well so all my players are way over 99
