Do you lose the 95 champ when putting into these cards or are you able to get them back refunding the upgrade

Would assume you get it back if you downgrade the card much the way we get  back other cards (Captain Tokens for example) back.  But...I have not tried downgrading the card...so don't know for sure.

Yea you get the 95 back when you downgrade.
