If I was to go through and do all the TD sets and resell the players what kind of price am I looking at for JJ, have 2mil atm. Obviously Im Not expecting someone to go work this out for me was just wondering if anyone has done this lately and how much coin they burned doing this

I .just finished him after 6 weeks building. Broke even pretty much on set pieces. When Iisted him he was going 3.8 mil plus but the new cards got releases for SB and he dropped. Everyone undercutting. Ended selling for 2.2 mil. The problem with building is there are some pieces incredibly hard to find and some way over price. I would have had him done a week sooner bad not been for a handful of cards that barely come up.
Btw I'm on old gen but I'm sure same issues exist on all platform. Plus some of the set pieces now have higher cards in game like mathews, peppers, largent , howly. So u will notale as much.
Maybe do some smaller sets to make coin or look at the prices of the TD cards and build most expensive ones and sell. Then just buy him if you really need to. Sacrifice the coin stack for a card you need.
In later attempts, I built a spreadsheet to track what I needed. Even now, there are still users squatting on filter settings to buy and resell players. Meanwhile, the sale values on the set cards has tanked. (I think some of these cards will continue to hold value over time.)
The problem with your situation is your coins available: You will need to sell the set cards you do initially, but you’ll need the coins the sales generate to complete more sets. You will have to be able to hold some of the set cards for days just to get enough in return to take a small loss instead of a great loss. Your two million can go quickly.
You don’t need Watt today for a competitive Cardinals theme team. Get your 50/50 from other players, especially 85 OVR Captains. Get a moderately priced defensive end from another team if you have to, and buy Watt later.

i have 50/50 amd a 93 rated team with 2mil in the bank, its a want, not a need
