Only run offense in mut squads

What would be the best route my buddy has a defense. Should i go 25/50 zc or sb chem. Or would i be better off going with a full 50/50 nfl team?

If you guys both have 50/50 for the same team, the boosts actually stack in game. So if you both have +2 speed for the same team chemistry, you'll get +4 speed (and every boost) to all the players
