Didn’t get reward’s yesterday what do I do????

I watched MCS and when I go back into twitch it shows I’ve redeemed 3 tokens but I haven’t gotten them, I can’t get the set player now then, what do I do?????

There’s nothing you can do. My problem, when I didn’t get drops, was from using multiple devices for twitch drops, when only 1 device would come through with drops. So now I know I can only use my Desktop to redeem and my phone and laptop won’t work.

The weird thing is I used the same device every time and didn’t redeem them on a different PlayStation
