Should trade in all the eggs I have now which would give me 231, 350 candy and re-roll random egg packs or stand pat and keep gathering eggs honestly just bored lol

I'd keep what you have. There's a good chance rerolling anything is going to end up in less of that currency. Small eggs could hatch as large or extravagant eggs on Easter, so it's probably best to keep em. I believe last year the small eggs were better value than the larger ones anyways (not more expensive, but better return on investment)
