Why cant my fast safeties cover the RB on wheel routes..Im giving up deep TDs

I play dollar, so usually Ill put one of my safeties on the RB in man coverage

And I have fast safeties...Hoooker, Savage, Ryan Neal all with playoff chem boosted

Yet for some reason, they still get burned on the wheel route, and will be a few steps behind the RB, who will get a streak TD off the wheel route
 

If my safeties are just as fast as the RB, why are they still getting burned?  I dont want to have to user coverage the RB

Wheel routes are man beaters. same with Texas routes from HBs.  
 

you’ll have to user the safety or have a deep safety/corner in zone
