i play on ps4 and in my lineup it doesnt seem that there is a playoff boost for chemistry? is it possible, wouldn’t make sense to build a playoff tt.
How can I use discounted abilities? For me it’s seems, that there are no discounts at all.
is it maybe just a ps4 problem?

Most of the playoff guys have their original teams set as the chemistry. You have to switch it to the playoffs chemistry when you upgrade them
For discounted abilities, generally it's only in the ability bucket for discounted abilities which is usually the rightmost slot on any card. But some abilities like lurk artist don't exist on old gen so you won't see them
