I'm looking to pick up a new qb and I'm going to pick up one from the fantasy pack but don't know who to get

Can't fully answer this question since I haven't player with Tua or Goff.  I tried Love and didn't like his release at all.  I have and enjoy playing with Allen (even though I hate the Bills).  His short throw speed is a bit slower than others, but his mid and deep throws are fast.  He doesn't sail that many passes for me, no more than any other QB I have used this year.
