6-1 even, shade inside, man up DE on RB (only if shotgun), contain, user MLB and you can shoot right up the A gap untouched if they don't block 7.
Can get burnt if they do block 7, but if you don't spam it every play it's insta sack. If they're under center you can get a sack before they even have time to get to the play action fake. If they do block the running back for 6 total blockers, it glitches and the running back just stands there and you can run right past him.
