A few other posts about this. Apparently if you bought packs between 1/6 and 1/9 you got him. Packs could have been bought with coins or points. Not sure which packs though.

The team identified an issue from 1/6/24 @ 10:30AM ET through 1/9/24 @ 5:25PM ET where LTD Calvin Ridley was advertised as available in packs. Affected players who received the messaging and purchased packs where he would be available during the time frame will receive the following.
