What's your budget? If you can afford him, Megatron is worth it from what I hear.
I really like Moss for his price.
Rod Smith might be the cheapest for a top wr at 400k

95 legend Moss is a bargain, or at least he was a couple days ago. Top tier stats and he will quicksell for 350k whenever you're done with him. Just make sure you get the Legend version, not the redux if you go that route.
I suggest Field Pass Jerry Rice! 95OVR & 95 Speed!
Darrius Heyward-Bey (Ghosts of MUT), Stefon Diggs (Ghosts of MUT), & Andre Reed (Legends) have been great for me and are relatively inexpensive compared to all the LTD options.

have like 350k but should have 500-600k coins once i sell some cards
