Is Cover 3 or Cover 4 the best Zone Coverage. I play cover 3 more and have plays to exploit it but when i play cover 4, i tend to struggle to get open.

cover 4, nickel over, base align, show blitz it won't give away your coverages and you can run 2 deep out zone kos, and 2 deep in zone kos for 7 ap.

Really depends on the type of scheme you want to play!
Cover 3 is going to defend the underneath routes a little bit better than Cover 4
Cover 4 is going to defend the deep ball a bit better
Cover 4 is a little bit better vs the run as well since 9 people will be in the run fit vs 8 in Cover 3.
