If it hasn’t dropped by this time of day it won’t. What the hell is EA doing?  Are they running out of content and just stringing us along?  Bad enough we have to wait over a week for the eggs. Bet those get delayed too.

That's complete false GMM confirmed this morning that is would be LATER today NO TIME confirmed. Content has 100% gone live in game in the afternoon more than once.
