Zero Chill Strat Item

Since zero chill is over, the does the strategy item that gives plus 1 speed not work anymore? 

I have 33/50 zero chill and the strat item so i should getting plus 2 speed on all zero chill players. But I’m only getting 1 speed…

Really? damn. I only got to enjoy 1 night yesterday. Uff I guess back to 94 overalls
