I can’t win a single h2h gam help!!! I need a new defensive strat. If you could also say the playbook you run that would be great.

Defense is pretty difficult this year. I know Chiefs is one of the more popular playbooks because it has a lot of the meta formations for defense. I would start there and see if you can find anything you like.

Next I would focus on abilities. Lurk artist on LBs is a good place to start for most schemes. I would also go for some KOs on your defense. Now the best KO to use is going on your scheme. But in general, I would start with deep out zone KO on CBs to help against popular deep routes like corners. Deep in zone ko is another one I would consider on a safety.

Generally, I would try to avoid man coverage unless you have a good idea of what play is coming. Good players know how to beat man and unless you're good at shading your coverage your cbs someone will likely be open. That's not to say you shouldn't call it ever. Man can be decent at stopping some rpos if you're opponent is passing on those plays or as a change of pace.

You can find some good tips to stop plays if through google or even asking on here.

Also especially if you're just running stock plays it's important to mix up. I would mess around with base aligning your defense so you can better disguise your coverages.
