Where to see how many wins for ‘tis the season”

I can’t seem to find a tracking of how many wins I have or an explanation of what you get , it used to say somewhere  if you get X amount of wins, you will receive the cornerback Charvarius Ward from the 49ers. So again, if anyone knows where I can check to see how many wins I get, I’d appreciate it.  Thanks
