How to equip hybrid strat item

I currently have a plus 1 zone item in my hybrid, i just pulled a premium plus 3 zone. Trying to swap it out but when I click on it it says "there are no comparable items" which is clearly, not true. Its why I always had that strat slot blank for the longest time because I remember whenever 

I tried to put something there earlier in the year i got a similar message. I assume there is some known workaround for this? Anyone know? Thanks in advance.

as far as I know, that hybrid slot is for +1 cards only, you can't put +2 or +3 in there

Hmmm that would kind of suck but wouldnt shock me. Guess ill have to wait until i pull another reg plus one to test it out. Thanks man.
