1. How exactly do i activate the x-factor ability's from line up screen
2. And do you guys upgrade all your starting line up or best cards with training well for all your starters that is because only 7AP is allowed so do you go 3 on Offense and 4 on D? and vise versa. Im sorry if this is confusing but im confused as well..lol
you can go over to the right side and select an abilities tab. then you can select each player to activate the ability that you have assigned.
you actually get 7 ap on offense and 9 on defense.
offensively I use all my AP on my QB/WR, I use set feet lead, gunslinger, and gift wrapped on jalen hurts. Then slot apprentice on tyreek hill.
defensively it depends on how you like to use your players. I use pick artist on my corners and one safety and deep out zone ko on both of my safeties. some abilities are discounted if you have certain players. If you'd like to post your lineup for more suggestions I can try to be more helpful

Ya, certain players have x-factors that start on that cost AP. they can be useful, but I don't use any of them
