I have no clue where to start, want to build an NYG TT and havw basically almost all the power up cards but nothing else, who are all the high end Giants I can get today easily and how? Thanks

If you haven't already, I would do the 24hr Blitz challenge. Possibility of getting WR Daniel Jones who would be a fun card (can use Sims, Marino, Mariotta @ QB).
Solos and working the market are your best ways to make some coin.

There are a lot of value players you might miss since this only shows the best players for the Theme Team. You can also use the site's database and filter by NYG chem and maybe a position to see all the options. For example:
https://www.mut.gg/players/?market=2&team_chem=17&positions=4
This shows you all of the WRs in the game that can get NYG chem so you can choose some budget options to start off your team.

did know about this. Been trying the Daniel Jones challenges to no avail. What other cards on this team are easy to get
