got 2m coins want a new ss and wr dont want to completely blow the budget but any suggestions rn leaning towards mack hollins at reciever

The free Jayron Kearse still plays great for me I also use Tillman a lot my WR suggestions wouldnt be considered budget as I use Michael Irvin

There's a LOT of really great receivers in the game right now, that S2 Randy Moss fully maxed can easily reach 93 SPD with 25/50 theme team, he's still totally viable, IMO.  I wish i could afford or justify Jerry Rice for my TT, he may not only be my personal favorite, but quite possibly THE best single WR in the entire game.  /sigh

Mack Hollins is without a doubt a top-tier choice.  Some other great options, just pull up the WR Player filter and sort by Speed.  I included both WR & TE positions in this search: https://www.mut.gg/players/?market=5&sorts=-speed&positions=4%2C5 -- the order of receivers currently in-game probably begins something liek:

1. Jerry Rice
2. Stephon Gilmore OOP
3. everyone else. . .

BE PATIENT, don't spend big with Zero Chill looming, we're almost certainly going to max 93 OVR for all cards, not purely LTDs.
