Deion is definitely better. He’s got built in Pick Artist too, it’s called a high CIT rating. 

I feel like a broken record saying this all over the forum, but dropped picks is a rating issue. Defenders have a 15% CIT penalty, so using guys with sub-60 CIT like Pola-Mao, Kearse, Woolen, means they’ll drop picks in traffic *all the time*.  

Primetime has 84 CIT and even 90 SPC on his 87 ovr card. Safe to say his 92 won’t be dropping picks.

I would say Deion has the better attributes but it's not like Bland is a bum compared to him. For me the most important difference is what they need to meet the 90 man and 90 zone thresholds, Bland needs +5 man to get 90 man while Deion only needs +1 zone to get to 90 zone. 

One thing to consider is Deion gets man kos, while Bland gets zone kos. Depends on your scheme which one is better there. But with the 0 ap pick artist, Bland definitely has the edge if you don't use either of their KOs.

Personally, I value the 0 ap pick artist enough over the attributes difference that I would go for Bland if I had to pick one. But Deion cards usually play well for me so I don't think think you could really go wrong with either

Bland needs +5 to get 90/90, which is too much. Plus Deion gets free PA so hes hands down better. 

Obv if youre running a full Dallas team both are great to have. Deion is obv going to get the OOP WR too which is why he always has the higher catch ratings to start, just like Perry getting a RB/FB always has boosted RB stats.

I’m “that guy” in my opinion if you run man Deion is better and if you run zone daron is better. Overall tho the 0Ap pick artist is a game changer so I would say daron overall, but if you say Deion I would not argue
