I'd like to see Urlacher, Sayers, or Butkus.  I believe EA has decided to forgo Campus Heroes 3, which is why they keep dropping these head scratcher "ULs" instead of putting them in another program, in which they would be better suited.  With that said,  I would be ok with Alonzo Spellman, David Terrell or Rashaan Salaam even though I don't think they are remotely close to being Ultimate Legends.  Richard Dent would be cool.

A lot of greats still need ULs. Jerry Rice, Megatron, both LTs, Bo Jackson, Jim Brown, Barry Sanders, Emmitt Smith, Troy Polumalu, Champ Bailey, Steve Atwater, Mel Blount, Rod Woodson, Tony Boselli, Deacon Jones, Michael Strahan, Bruce Smith, Tony Gonzalez, the list goes on and on and on.

I really like watching FS Nick Collins and FB John Kuhn growing up so I kinda hope we get at least one of them. Nick Collins was very good but got a career ending injury. I want John Kuhn because every time he got the ball, everybody in the stadium yelled KUHN.
