Its crazy I don't typically use michael vick in madden but I tried him and have not been able to replace him, the most recent I tried was josh allen, just seemed like the ball came off his hand weird or it was like lagging before his throw or something, so I'm sticking w/ vick for a while.
rg3 was a good option also, he just gets sacked alot you can't always get rid of the ball w/ him.
it seems like there is some stat w/ vick that he does throw some crazy passes but it alows him to not be as innaccurate w/o his feet set, everybody else I tried to upgrade him with it seemed like if they weren't 100% set forget it, it was off target.

Upgrade to warren moon if you need someone on a Lower budget. He played like an animal for me, way better than RG3 and anyone else I tried other than Mike Vick. He also gets gun slinger too which helps with Getting the ball out faster which is helpful

Moon is the best QB in that price range by a lot
Kirk Cousins wouldn't be a bad option either, but Moon is better overall
