How many coins do you like to keep in your bank roll on a consistent basis? Thinking about making some upgrades, but not sure how many coins I should be keeping on hand and in reserve at all times.

It’s true with MUT as in life, the more money you have the more you can make from your base wealth. If you always have 500k to a mill, cost-saving opportunities will be there. Renting LTDs is a great way to maintain coins.

never understood the renting limited thing too much? they are always usually expensive? you typically overpay for them? is this just because you want to just get a player and keep them long term? that way you have gauranteed value? if you are trading back & forth all the time then it's not really needed?

Haven’t brought a card since unstoppable promo just be saving and have 2.8 million saved I don’t like to go below a million just in case some one like Champ Bailey drops. most feared 2 better be good.

if you can find LTDs for 400-450k, then you're basically only paying 100k for them in the long run because they never lose their value and always quicksell for 350k.

I.E., Right now, 89+ overall wide receivers are 200k or more. You can get a 90 overall LTD Torry Holt for 460k, so 110k (460k-350k) for for a 90 isn't too bad when he won't ever lose his value. If you buy the 89 overall at 200k right now, in a week, he may be down to 150k or 100k.

Another example is cornerback. You can find an 88 LTD Joey Porter between 400-430k, for only a 50k-80k risk. But 88 overall Antonio Cromartie is 425k with the risk of decreasing in value over the next month or so. Porter's value will never drop below that 350k mark, keeping your risk at a minimum, but still allowing you to obtain good overall players.

With a lot of LTD’s is that they drop in value. I picked up AJ Brown this weekend for 410k. Cards depreciate over time. I got an AR Goedert last week, his value will eventually drop past 350k. GG AJ Brown was 60k for me, what sells for 60k that’s above an 87?

What is odd about LTD’s is how coveted they can be. At times you’ll be able to flip an LTD for 100k because someone will want a card so bad they overpay. I know this is a fukt up thing to do but I usually place my top LTDs on the AH for an extreme amount everytime I stop playing. I sold Swift for 650k and that made me around 150k.

I never pay more than 410-420k for an Ltd. How many coins am I really losing on a card vs a non LTD? It’s not much for a top card. Ive already lost 150k because I splurged on Vick, his value isnt going up anytime soon.

Hope that makes sense or provides a different perspective.

I usually try to keep around at least 700k or so. That's around what I consider a reasonable price for LTD if I'm going to buy one for my team.

I usually like to have a million at least.  I was up to 2.1 million, but went on a spending spree.  I got CP Fields, MF Whitehair, TOTW Moore, 88 Woodson, 88 Ware, 88 Bruce Smith, Country Strong, and pre-built 3 MF players for drop 2.  I only have about 100K left, so really hoping MF drop 2 is better than drop 1 was.

I like to keep around 500k+ that way I can upgrade if needed or do sets to profit and grow my coins. I only pay for positions of need so I never buy MLBs or DTs so I save alot on them. My team is an 87 right now and I can hang with the top teams. I have about 2.4m but nothing really pops out to me so I’m just gonna sit on them and wait for better MF cards.

You can filter on Mut.gg by "limited edition" all LTDs quicksell for 350k... just look for the ones that are under 450k or less. I really try to find any of them at under 420k
