Most important positions in 3-4 defense

In order what are the most important positions in a 3-4 d ?

It really depends on what you are trying to accomplish from that formation.  I use 3-4 quite a bit because it is good against the run and I can also blitz from it.  I would say you want a big thick run stopper at DT preferably with INSIDE STUFF (Sapp, GraveDigger, etc.).  My DEs are just there to chew up blocks so I can live with anyone there.  But my OLBs have to be good pass rushers because I rarely put them into coverage... so I tend to want my ROLB and LOLB to have high PMV and/or high FMV (one of those must be 90 or higher).  

I user one MLB so he needs to be best in the game with Lurker (currently Willis but BWagz was good for me as well). 

...and then it always helps to have decent or really good DBs).

This is good advice op. I agree with pretty much all of it. As someone who doesn't blitz as much I would have some LBs with decent coverage stats as backups. But that's just my personal preference, you definitely want to priotize OLBs that can rush the passer

LB's and DT. your going to want high FM and PM on LB as well as BLK shed DT your going to want Fattys to stuff up thst front line. Vita Vea is a perfect fit or Dexter Lawrence
