No Reward for playing Solo Battles on Legend

kinda annoying we don't get any benefit this year for playing the solo battles on the highest difficulty - which is the most fun and actually makes you need to play well (a little)

I'm not much of an online player and miss the comp pass last year where it tracked games on high difficulty. this year, unless you're going for top 100 - which I've never considered/had the time for - there is no reason to play games on legend

ik ik I could do it anyway and level up slower, but I'm a Bears fan (unfortunately) and run a Bears TT so wanna get Fields as quick as possible. But playing these games on easy difficulty just to rack up stats isn't nearly as fun. It's just repetitive forced fumbles and long touchdowns I can do with my eyes closed

plus now I get smoked even more in online play because used to easy difficulty where I don't get punished for mistakes and struggle to make extra points with the faster speed lol

It was like this all of last year as well

No point of that difficulty even being in the game anymore.

they at least had “win 10 games on legend” every week last year

SBs have become nothing more than a way for people to grind for stats. And they removed rankings last season. I see both sides of it.

SBs on All Madden are still the most fun games for me to play in this increasingly terrible game mode. Closest thing to a challenging sim game I’ll ever find. I play plenty H2H too but that’s not football, that’s just AI exploit simulator.

I don't know, man, about "the most fun games." I used to be a huge SB grinder back in Madden 19-22, but I was never having fun playing this mode, I was just grinding for coins.

Punt safe glitch on defense, Levels on offense, 30+ completions in a row, 30+ first downs, 50+ points, strict time management: going out of bounds every time, and not starting another play until the play clock hits 20... All that stuff. Sticking to the max points formula. Top-10 every week, tons of coins, but it was like working, not having fun.

That’s because you choose to play it that way. I wouldn’t have fun if I were just grinding stats either. It is the closest thing to a realistic football game MUT offers if you just play straight up. Later in the year our teams get a little too OP for the cpu but early on like now I find it a challenge. I guess I’m glad I’m not good enough to blow them out 🤷🏻‍♂️. I usually get good games.
