Any word on when we will receive the Derrick Henry welcome pack(for those who haven’t received it) Or the right token/tokens to upgrade him? Or will this be like the obj headliner bs that took them like 3 weeks to fix

You probably need to contact EA if you don't receive the welcome pack. I've had it happen before and they were able to help me once but they didn't help me the other time. Unfortunately, as they have not tweeted about the welcome pack issue there is little hope of it being resolved without contacting them.
